# Lead Activity
### Create **a Follow-Up** for a Lead
You can add follow-up for that you created lead.
To add follow up
Hover the mouse on the lead and click on the Action (3 vertical dots)  for the record to which you would like to add follow-up and click the **Follow-Up** button
Enter the details on the follow-up page and **save** the form
### Create a Meeting for a Lead
You can add a **Meeting** for that you created lead.
To add Meeting
Hover the mouse on the lead and click on the Action (3 vertical dots)  for the record to which you would like to add a meeting and click the **Meeting** button
Enter the details on the meeting page and **save** the form
### Create a **Call Log** for a Lead
You can add a **Call Log** for that you created a lead.
To add a Call Log
Hover the mouse on the lead and click on the Action (3 vertical dots)  for the record to which you would like to add a call log and click the **call log** button
Enter the details in the call log page and **save** form
### Create a Task for a Lead
You can add a **Task** for that you created lead.
To add task
Hover the mouse on the lead and click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots)  for the record to which you would like to add a task and click the **Task** button
Enter the details on the task page and **save** the form
### Convert Lead
You can convert the lead into an opportunity
To convert lead
Hover the mouse on the lead and click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots)  for the record that you would like to convert and click the **convert** button
You need to select **pipeline**, **stage** and **move this lead to the stage**. where you want to move in opportunity and click on the **save** button
