# Reports by Visit
In **CRM**, select **Field Sales** and click on the **Dashboard**
To check all the visit details, select **Visits** in the main filter
### **Visit details report**
On visits page, to check the **visits details report**, select **visits details report** in the sub-filter.
In the **visit details report** select the **date range** and **sales agent** name and hit the **show report** button and check all the details
You can check all the details of the visited site like, date, agent name, customer, start time, end time, duration, site visit photo and the location map
To download the photo, click on the photo link
To check the exact location of the sales agent, click on **View in Map**
You can check the exact location of the sales agent
### Visits by City
To check the **visit by city** report, select **Visit by city** in the sub-filter.
In visit by city, select **date range**, **sales agent** and click the **show report** button and check all the details. Here, if a sales agent visits a customer more than once in a day, it will count as 1 visit only
### Cities visited by agents
To check the **cities visited by agent** report, select **cities visited by agents** in the sub-filter.
In **Cities visited by agents,** select a **date range**, and click the **show report** button, and check all the details. Here, if a sales agent visits a customer more than once a day, it will count as 1 visit only
### Visits by Customers
To check the **visit by customers** report, select **Visit by customers** in the sub-filter.
In visit by customers, select **sales agent, date range**, and click the **show report** button and check all the details. Here, if a sales agent visits a customer more than once in a day, it will count as 1 visit only
To check more details of the site visit, click on the agent name/customer name, a pop-up will show the site visit’s order details
### Visits by customer summary
To check the **visit by customer summary** report, select **Visit by customer summary** in the sub-filter.
In the **visit by customer summary,** select the **sales agent, date range**, and click the **show report** button and check all the details. Here, if a sales agent visits a customer more than once a day, it will count as 1 visit only
To check more details of the site visit, click on the agent name/customer name, a pop-up will show the site visit’s order details
