# Add Qualification
Qualification refers to the credentials, skills, knowledge, or attributes that someone possesses, typically required or desired for a specific job, position, or task.
Go to **setting** menu
Click on **Qualification**
Click on **+New Record**
Add Qualification name and description and click on **save**
Recruiter can see the added qualification
When a recruiter adds a candidate and a job post, they can see the added qualifications in the qualification list.
### Edit Qualification
You can choose to edit the qualification that you have created.
To edit qualification
Click on the Action (3 vertical dots)  for the record which you would like to edit and click the **Edit** button
Make the necessary changes and click **Save**
### Delete Qualification
Qualification once added can be deleted if no longer necessary
To delete qualification
Click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots)  for the record which you would like to delete and click the **Delete** button
Give your confirmation in the popup and the record will be deleted
### View Qualification
You can choose to view the qualification that you have created.
To view qualification
Click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots)  for the record which you would like to view and click the **View** button
You can see all details of qualification
