# Other actions

### Edit Candidate <a href="#edit-candidate" id="edit-candidate"></a>

Recruiter can choose to edit the candidate details that they have created.

### View Candidate History <a href="#view-candidate-history" id="view-candidate-history"></a>

Recruiter can choose to view the candidate history.

To **view candidate history**

Recruiter can see the activity status of candidates in the hiring process.

### Export <a href="#export" id="export"></a>

The recruiter can export a file from the job tracker and view all the details in the exported file.

Click on **more** option and select **export.**

The recruiter can view the details in an Excel file.

### Update view <a href="#update-view" id="update-view"></a>

A recruiter can change the sequence of columns in the update view and select the fields they want to display in the grid.

Click on **more** option and clicks **Update View.**

Select the fields and change the sequence as the recruiter wants, then click on **save**.

The recruiter can view the updated fields and sequence in the grid.

### Search Candidate <a href="#search-candidate" id="search-candidate"></a>

The recruiter can search the candidate in the tracker in three ways.

1. From funnel
2. From status filter
3. From free text search

### From funnel: <a href="#from-funnel" id="from-funnel"></a>

Recruiter can click on **funnel icon.**

Select the **agency name** and/or **created by** for the data you need, then click on **'search'**.

The recruiter can view the results of the searched data.

Click on **Status filter.**

Select the status for which recruiter want to see results.

### From free text: <a href="#from-free-text" id="from-free-text"></a>

The recruiter can search for data using email, mobile number, or candidate name.

To search, click on the search box, enter the text, and then press Enter.

### Contact candidate by email and WhatsApp <a href="#contact-candidate-by-email-and-whatsapp" id="contact-candidate-by-email-and-whatsapp"></a>

Reaching out to a candidate through email and WhatsApp for communication during the recruitment process. Email for formal messages, and WhatsApp for more casual and real-time conversations.

Go to the tracker and click on the **WhatsApp** icon, it will open the WhatsApp webpage, and recruiter can chat on WhatsApp with candidate.

Go to the tracker and click on the **email**, it will open the email window, and recruiter can send email to candidate.

### Change Column Sequences <a href="#change-column-sequences" id="change-column-sequences"></a>

Adjusting the order of columns in a table.

Recruiters can change the sequence of column by dragging the column names.

Go to tracker and change the column sequence.
