# Move to Talent Bank

A "Talent Bank" is a feature that allows recruiters to store potential candidates for future job opportunities.

Go to **job posting**, in the tracker click on **Actions**.

The recruiter can move a candidate to the talent bank at a time for a particular job post.

When the recruiter clicks on the **Actions**, a popup appears.

The recruiter selects the candidate and clicks on '**Move to Talent Bank**.' After clicking, a popup appears. Once the recruiter fills out the reason, they click on '**Yes'.**

A candidate is added to the Talent bank, the current status is updated to **"Moved to TB"** in the tracker and a activity is added as **candidate is moved to the talent bank**.

Recruiter can view the added activity, click on the (3dots) **icon**, then select **View history**, and click on the **Activity**.

Go to Talent Bank.

A candidate is added to the **Talent bank** at the top of the lis&#x74;**.**
