After performing the 'On hold' action, a pop-up appears. Add the reason for putting the candidate on hold and click **'Yes'**.

Once the recruiter performs the 'On Hold' action, update current status in the tracker to **'On hold**,' send an email notification to the recruiter, and add an activity in the candidate's history indicating that the ‘**Candidate is on hold**.’
