# Send offer approval

The recruiter has the capability to send offer approvals for one candidate at a time, and when they perform the '**Send offer approval**' action, a popup is appear.

The recruiter selects the **approver**, fills out the details, clicks **save**, and the request will be **assigned to the approver.**

After performing the 'send offer approval' action, the status changes to **'Offer pending'** in the tracker, and an activity is added as '**Sent offer for approval.**' The system sends an email notification to the approver, and an action-performed email notification is sent to the recruiter.

The approver verifies the offer details and provide package, select status and approved request.

If approver select the status as **'selected'** then status changes to **'Offer approved'** in the tracker, and an activity is added as a '**Job offer approved',** and system sent email notification to the recruiter.

If approver select the status as **'Rejected'** then status changes to **'Offer rejected'** in the tracker, and an activity is added as a '**Job offer rejected',** and system sent email notification to the recruiter.

If approver select the status as **'Hold'** then status changes to **'Offer hold'** in the tracker, and an activity is added as a '**Offer is on hold',** and system sent email notification to the recruiter.
