Policy Document

How to create and publish Policy document.

Add valid username and password, Click on Login.

Go to Policy Documents.

Click on +Document to create document.

Filled up all required details and click on Save.

Newly added policy document added on the top.

Hover over the card and click on the edit icon to go to the details page.

If a user wants to edit a document, they can do so before publishing it.

Click on Edit.

Edit details which you want to edit and click on Save.

Click on Publish to publish Document.

After click on Publish all targeted department employees shows in details page.

User can copy policy document url and send to any employee.

Login with targeted department employee.

After login user can see policy document, accept document and click on submit.

You can’t use system until you accept document.
