Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://docs.aiflo.app/crm/lead.md). # Lead “Leads” is a term commonly used in various contexts to refer to potential customers or opportunities that a business or individual can pursue for sales, marketing, or other purposes. ### Create Lead Go to **Sales** and click on **Leads** Click on the **+Lead button** and select **+New Customer.**
Enter the details in the **Create Lead** page and click on the **Save** button
A new **Lead** is added at the top
### Import Leads When you have a huge list of Leads in a spreadsheet and you would like to add them as Leads in your system, you can import the file and they will be added as Leads. Go to the **More** option and click on the **Import** **New Customer** button
You can **Download Template** in xlsx format
Make Sure you fill up all **Required fields** while importing data.
1. Click on **Upload bulk data** to upload your Leads list
After uploading leads in xlsx file format. You can see imported leads in the lead list
### Edit Lead You can choose to edit the lead that you have created. Make the necessary changes and click on **Save**

Give your confirmation in the popup and the record will be deleted
### View Lead Details You can choose to view the lead that you have created. To view lead Click on the lead title for the record that you would like to view
You can see all the details of the leads
### View Lead in Different Pipelines You can view the lead that you selected in different pipelines. To view leads in different pipeline Click on **Pipeline** dropdown
Select other pipeline
You can view different pipeline leads
