# Purchase Order
### Create and Manage Purchase Order
You can add a purchase order on the customer’s details page
To add a purchase order
Go to **Sales** and click on **customer**
In Customers, click on the **Customer’s name** to enter in details page
Click on **Other** on the details page
In details, click on **+Purchase order** to add a new purchase order
Add all the details and **Save**
Your purchase order will get added to the **Purchase Order List** Details
### View Purchase Order
In **Purchase Order List,** click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots) in Purchase Order List details for the Purchase Order which you would like to view and click the **View** button
You can see all the details of your purchase order. Here you can **download or print** **purchase order details** and share on **WhatsApp**
### Edit Purchase Order
In **Purchase Order List,** click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots)  in Purchase Order List details for the Purchase Order which you would like to edit and click the **Edit** button
Add all the details and **Save**
### Delete Purchase Order
In **Purchase Order List,** click on the Action menu (3 vertical dots) in Purchase Order List details for the Purchase Order which you would like to delete and click the **Delete** button
Give your confirmation in the popup and the record will be deleted
