# Announcement

### Add Announcement <a href="#add-announcement" id="add-announcement"></a>

In **CRM**, Select **Field Sales** and click on **Setting**

In the setting, select the **Announcement** and click on **+** **Announcement** to add a new announcement for site visit

Add the details and save

A new **Announcement** will be added at the top

### View Announcement <a href="#view-announcement" id="view-announcement"></a>

You can choose to view the Announcement that you have added

In the Announcemen&#x74;**,** click on the Actions (3 vertical dots) and select the **View** button

### Edit Announcement <a href="#edit-announcement" id="edit-announcement"></a>

In the Announcemen&#x74;**,** click on the Actions (3 vertical dots) and select the **Edit** button

Edit the Announcement and **Save**

### Delete Announcement <a href="#delete-announcement" id="delete-announcement"></a>

In the Announcemen&#x74;**,** click on Actions (3 vertical dots) and select the **Delete** button
